Being in Michigan, I needed a way to keep up with workouts over the winter months, so I chose this bike trainer based on price and that it had 7 levels of resistance. I needed something quiet because I wanted to exercise after the kids went to bed and noise carries very well in our home. So I took a chance on an unreviewed product and I am so glad I did!
It came ready to go. No major brain skills required other than I had to switch my axel on the rear tire of my bike from a normal (?) axel to a quick release axel (I thought my bike came with it, but it didn't). I set it up, put the bike in place tightend the axel holder, put the resistance thingy in place on the handle bar, put the front wheel in the included stabilizer - and off I went! Well, I didn't get too far (LOL), but I was able to accomplish a great workout! The noise level really isn't bad at all. I was pleasantly surprised as it's quieter than the treadmill.
So for the price - it's an A + - thanks RAD! Nice product! Great Price! Shipping was way faster than I expected and product exceeded my expectations!
